As an airline captain flying international routes (now retired), I’ve traveled all over the world. There are few places I’ve seen that offer the privacy, beauty, and tranquillity of Vista Mar.
We’ve owned this home since 2005 and only recently had the time to really enjoy the area and its’ people.

Our Vista Mar home offers a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and a near-continuous cooling sea breeze in a private setting. It is bordered on three sides by roads and a descending topography. A wall separates the property from its’ only adjoining neighbor.
All rooms, except the kitchen, have dedicated air conditioners and ceiling fans. The kitchen is cooled by a variable speed fan and sea breeze.. High speed internet is available throughout the home and the Bohio. This home is meant to be enjoyed (and you will!)
And now, with the addition of 37 solar panels and battery backup, you are protected against momentary electrical glitches and outages.
